About

Bosco Institute Mission

Giovanni Melchiorre Bosco popularly known as St. John Bosco was a Roman Catholic priest who is a native of Turino, Italy. It is there where he started his work of reaching out to assist and help the street children, disadvantaged youth and juvenile delinquents. He dedicated his life to helping others by his Preventive System which is a sense of understanding between student and teacher through strong Christian values. In 1934, Pope Pius XI canonized St. John Bosco as a Saint. His work lives on through Bosco Institute where we welcome all religions, ethnic groups and cultures. Therefore it is our mission that we strive in our daily interactions with our students that we help guide them in spirit of St. John Bosco's teaching methods.
